Kari Thornton

Kari is a Registered Nurse having completed her degree at Trinity Western University. Since graduation she has worked in both hospital, home, and family practice settings in both Canada and the United States.

Kari has special training as an Obesity Care Specialist through NovoNordisk Canada. She has also completed training in diabetes medicine and has a special interest in nutritional therapy.

She has a passion for helping people clarify and achieve their health goals and is excited to be a part of the team at The Metacare Clinic.

In her spare time Kari enjoys reading, cycling, hiking and spending time with her family.
